City Hall Events is a new event venue located in Chicago’s west loop neighborhood. The venue recently opened in 2019 after significant remodeling of the pre-1920’s area building. The building itself retains the industrial feel of the original design including exposed brick and a truss ceiling. Enlarged windows and a skylight that runs the length of the venue fill the space with lots of natural light and create a bright, beautiful space for indoor ceremonies. A large marble bar and finishes throughout the venue provide an art deco aesthetic. Upstairs you’ll find a bridal suite and private restrooms.

Rental fees for City Hall Events:
$4000 for weekday events; and
$7000 for weekend (Fri & Sat) dates.
To secure your date a 50% deposit is also required.
The rental fee also includes:
